Pet Services in Dorking

In today’s busy world it can be hard to consistently provide the time and care that your pets demand. Work/family/holiday commitments or even ill health may make it difficult to give your dog the exercise it needs which is where we can help. We are a professional dog walker and pet services for the Dorking area. We can collect your dog from your home, take it for a lovely hour-long walk, and return them back happy and ready to chill.

Our dog walker services are provided on a one to one basis, so your dog is never walked as part of a group of dogs, or as a household if they are used to being walked together. All dogs will be walked on the lead (flexi lead unless preferred otherwise) to ensure complete safety. We are also happy to walk your dog off the lead with your written consent.

We offer dog walking, pet visits, pet feeding and pet and dog boarding in Dorking and the surrounding areas. We welcome all types of pets from the Dorking and surrounding areas.

We also offer pet visit services for a variety of animals including pop in visits to feed, water and exercise, to boarding at my house while you are on holiday (references available) and will always try to tailor our services to you and your dog or other pet. We are always willing to help in any way we can.

Contact us by phone or via the contact form to receive a personalised quote and to arrange a pre-visit meeting. We look forward to hearing from you.

About Arnie’s Happy Paws

My name is Joanne and I have started Arnie’s Happy Paws inspired by my little bestie, Arnie (check out my Facebook page for lots of photos!).

I have worked with horses for over 10 years and have now decided to start my own venture with small animals after enjoying plenty of house and dog sitting as part of my work.

As mentioned above I have a small dog, Arnie, who is a Jack Russell Cross and have owned and loved dogs all of my life. I also own a tortoise, Herbie. I have experience with looking after various animals such as chickens, rabbits, guinea-pigs, fish and other small animals from growing up in a family of animal lovers and caring for family and friend’s pets.

I offer a friendly, reliable and trusted service, aimed at providing a personal experience for you and your pets.

I am fully insured to offer reassurance.

“Joanne Haines is a brilliant house and animal sitter.  We went to Sr Lanka for two weeks leaving behind two very elderly cats with health problems and complicated medication and feeding requirements.

She was also in charge of our 10 year old Labrador and 3 hens.

All were looked after immaculately.

Jo is calm and efficient and capable and we had a blissful worry-free holiday and came back to a beautifully cleaned house!

I would not hesitate to ask Jo to housesit for us again!”
